Developing hydrogen at scale in the power business

In an exclusive studio interview from the Canadian Hydrogen Convention 2023, Julian Walker spoke with Jeffrey Goldmeer, Emergent Technologies Director at GE Gas Power, about GE’s overall view of hydrogen and the hydrogen value chain and why the economics and the supply of hydrogen will be so critical. Jeffrey touched on the changes happening within GE with the energy business set to become GE Vernova and the reasoning behind this. Finally, we discussed GE’s experience with hydrogen in power generation and what will be needed to grow it at scale.
